I know what you’re thinking…$100 for a fan? Just to keep me cool? I can do that with a cheap box fan! Well, I am here to tell you that you absolutely cannot get the same performance with a cheap fan. I know, I’m a long time cheap fan buyer. $15 at Wally World is my style, so when I got to try this, I was skeptical, but hey, the price was right for me. It came in a GIANT box. Within a box. Within a box (I left shipping feedback for Amazon on that-wasteful, guys!) But rest assured your fan is well protected. The base has to be screwed on when you unpack it. Then you just plug and go! After using it for the past few days of ridiculous North Carolina heat (93 today!) I am most appreciative of it’s versatility. You can use 1, 2, or all 3 fans at once. There are 3 separate modes-always on, wind, and night. It comes with a tiny remote (I honestly already lost it, or one of my kids stole it) but luckily it’s also touchscreen operated. It looks super rad and fits right in my eclectic vintage modern type style. It is really well put together, I know, because there’s a lot of screws, and again, I have kids-it’s already been in a scuffle or 2 and emerged no worse for the wear. Go for it…buy the expensive fan. Say no to ugly box fans that fill up with all kinds of dog hair and kid toys (those nerf darts, am I right?) and need to have stuff jammed under the feet to keep them bouncing around. Say yes to a fan that will outlast and outperform the cheap ones, and look like a pretty cool adult, adulting with a fancy fan.

Berry good + gamer gear
This is a wonderful tiny colander, and is great for the uses they claim-washing berries, herbs, anything that may be smaller and fall through the holes of a larger colander. The holes are very smooth, nothing to catch your delicate skin. The handles are well attached and the colander is very sturdy. I like that it has a lip under the bottom to keep it lifted for maximum drainage. I only use glass and stainless steel in my kitchen-one of my last hold outs was a plastic colander and now I can replace it. Stainless steel is so much better for you and your family’s health. Plastic leaches all kinds of nasty stuff, and I don’t know that silicon is much better, so I’d rather buy stainless steel, and know it will last forever.
I’d definitely get one in a bigger size as well for things like pasta or washing a big salad. This is more of a 1-2 person serving size as it’s only 1.5 quarts. And if you end up not liking it, they offer a money back guarantee-I like companies that are willing to stand behind their product.

I am a longtime fan of rosehip oil. It does amazing things for your skin, especially for fine lines. This has the normal, very faint scent of rosehips (not a rose smell, it’s more earthy) and I love that it’s organic-it’s surprisingly difficult to find affordable organic rosehip oil, especially locally to me. Having had prior experience, this is the right consistency and feel. Rosehip oil is chock full of vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. It’s also reported to work on dry, itchy skin and discolored skin. I can’t attest to it working for those, but it leaves my skin plumped and moisturized and definitely makes an impact on fine wrinkles!
Rosehip oil that is cold pressed is much better for you too. The least invasive extraction methods always leave the most quality of products. With regular use, you too can rejuvenate your skin. This is a great price for a great product!
This phone case is the best for vacations and swimming pools! It is 100% waterproof. I have tested it thoroughly, and my 7 year old son was even able to operate it easily, opening and closing and keeping his phone safe. You simply open the locks, put your phone, keys, money, whatever you want to keep dry inside, BELOW the black border, and close the locks. Voila, you are safe. The company (and I) do recommend testing it with something you don’t care about inside, and then putting it underwater, just to make sure before you put in an expensive phone because manufacturing accidents can happen.
I’m still able to easily use my phone through the case, it still recognizes my touch, but I did have a hard time unlocking with my fingerprint. It takes decent picture and video through the case, make sure there’s no water droplets blocking the camera, though! This is a wonderful case to take on a vacation-we have been going to the pool almost every day and this small investment protects my $700 phone from water damage. Well worth it in my opinion. I just put my phone on, slip the lanyard over my neck and we are good to go. I have had other brand’s versions of this that I paid full price for, and they usually don’t last more than a summer, but for the price, I feel like that’s ok, but keep that in mind when deciding.
So far, this is perfection in plastic. We have several game systems, as we are giant gaming nerds, and really struggle with controlling the mess of wires and games and multiple controllers all needing different charging stations. I got some cable organizer clips and that helped. This was the next step. It holds all my ps4 games and then some. It makes it very easy to find and charge the controllers properly-before they were always half dead. Now the kids have a specific place to put them, it really helps. I lost my first ps3 to heat, so I’m really happy this includes a cooling fan. They’re super important for game systems and laptops to keep them from overheating. So this saves my ps4’s life, keeps everything organized and properly charged and it’s only $25? Definitely worth it.

Caralluma fimbriata
Caralluma is also known as the famine plant-when people were starving, they would eat this plant and it would curb their hunger pangs. Luckily, you don’t have to be starving to get the benefits! I have been taking this for a good amount of time with a mostly ketogenic diet. I haven’t been exercising as much as I do lately, so I didn’t see much, if any fat loss. However, it definitely does keep you feeling sated for longer. It prevents me getting hangry, which is good for everyone.
Women’s multivitamin
It’s as good as any average women’s multivitamin. I have a pretty strict supplement stack, so I can usually note changes pretty easily. This replaced my previous women’s multi. It is a little big and hard to swallow-I have a hiatal hernia so that is a minus for me. There was a little bitterness involved when taking it. The quality of ingredients seems high, and they’re all proven to have health benefits. I noticed no difference from my previous women’s multi.
I love stainless steel. I use that and glass pretty much exclusively, for my family’s safety. I love this little bento type box. It is smaller than I expected (or wanted) and can hold 3/4 of a regular sized sandwich on bread in the biggest compartment. If it was big enough to fit a whole sandwich, it would be perfect. As is, I use it for my 3 year old as he generally eats less than the big kids.This is very sturdy and well made, and easy enough my 3 year old can open and close it on his own. It’s easy to watch and relieves my mind to know no nasty plastics are leaching into my kid’s food!
This fan is compact and whisper quiet. It’s perfect for use as a desk fan. I’m using mine in my kitchen to help move along food odors and avoid using the air conditioning. It is very easy to use, just turn the knob! It seems very durable and well made. The plastic is sturdy, and the chrome accent makes it a little bit more special. This is a great fan for many uses.

Honest good shower cap
Yes, it’s dork. It’s a shower cap. No one can wear them and look cool. However, it’s kind of quirky cute! I love that it’s environmentally friendly and PVC/phthlate free, because that is very important to me-we keep plastics in our house to a bare minimum, and try to get the friendly kind like this when we do. It fits well, on myself and my children. It’s soft and comfortable to wear, not scratchy like most shower caps. This is a great reusable, long lasting shower cap.

Wow, this is bright! I bought this to use for my dog when he goes outside at night. I mounted it quickly and easily to my deck, and as promised, every motion set it off. The 16 LEDs really pack a punch. It being solar powered is perfect for me-1, I am lazy and would forget to change the batteries and 2, yay for anything environmentally friendly at this point! It was super easy to use and worked as described. I did see some other people complain theirs didn’t last very long, so I’ll update if it does fail at some point.
