Caralluma fimbriata

Caralluma is also known as the famine plant-when people were starving, they would eat this plant and it would curb their hunger pangs. Luckily, you don’t have to be starving to get the benefits! I have been taking this for a good amount of time with a mostly ketogenic diet. I haven’t been exercising as much as I do lately, so I didn’t see much, if any fat loss. However, it definitely does keep you feeling sated for longer. It prevents me getting hangry, which is good for everyone.

 

Women’s multivitamin

It’s as good as any average women’s multivitamin. I have a pretty strict supplement stack, so I can usually note changes pretty easily. This replaced my previous women’s multi. It is a little big and hard to swallow-I have a hiatal hernia so that is a minus for me. There was a little bitterness involved when taking it. The quality of ingredients seems high, and they’re all proven to have health benefits. I noticed no difference from my previous women’s multi.

 

Pine Sky Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box

I love stainless steel. I use that and glass pretty much exclusively, for my family’s safety. I love this little bento type box. It is smaller than I expected (or wanted) and can hold 3/4 of a regular sized sandwich on bread in the biggest compartment. If it was big enough to fit a whole sandwich, it would be perfect. As is, I use it for my 3 year old as he generally eats less than the big kids.This is very sturdy and well made, and easy enough my 3 year old can open and close it on his own. It’s easy to watch and relieves my mind to know no nasty plastics are leaching into my kid’s food!

 

10″ oscillating fan

This fan is compact and whisper quiet. It’s perfect for use as a desk fan. I’m using mine in my kitchen to help move along food odors and avoid using the air conditioning. It is very easy to use, just turn the knob! It seems very durable and well made. The plastic is sturdy, and the chrome accent makes it a little bit more special. This is a great fan for many uses.

Honest good shower cap

Yes, it’s dork. It’s a shower cap. No one can wear them and look cool. However, it’s kind of quirky cute! I love that it’s environmentally friendly and PVC/phthlate free, because that is very important to me-we keep plastics in our house to a bare minimum, and try to get the friendly kind like this when we do. It fits well, on myself and my children. It’s soft and comfortable to wear, not scratchy like most shower caps. This is a great reusable, long lasting shower cap.

Wow, this is bright! I bought this to use for my dog when he goes outside at night. I mounted it quickly and easily to my deck, and as promised, every motion set it off. The 16 LEDs really pack a punch. It being solar powered is perfect for me-1, I am lazy and would forget to change the batteries and 2, yay for anything environmentally friendly at this point! It was super easy to use and worked as described. I did see some other people complain theirs didn’t last very long, so I’ll update if it does fail at some point.

The jars are very thick glass and well made-no issues with seams not matching up or being thick. The letters are raised and the chalkboard stickers pre-applied (you get an extra sticker and a piece of chalk too) I’m not sure if it’s the chalk or the stickers, but they are a little hard to write on, more than I was expecting. The glass is super clear and sparkling, and the lid are airtight as promised. They’ll be easy to wash and use in a various number of ways around the house (I’m planning to use them to store kitchen items) The lid is easy to put on and take off.

These fit my 3 and 5 year old perfectly. They’re too small for my 7 year old, but he has a little bit of a big head 😉 The sound is clear, and they’re easy to use. I like that the cord is removable, so in case it gets damaged, I can replace just that instead of the whole headphone set. They are comfortable enough for the kids to use for long car trips, and easily adjustable. They seem to be fairly durable, and fold up easily.

 

Ultra Colon detox

We all have eaten and done things we shouldn’t. After a while, they tend to add up and leave us sluggish, bloated, and easily fatigued. That’s when I know it’s time for a cleanse. First let me say, this thing is WAY bigger than I expected from the description. So much so that it was uncomfortable for us to use, being newbies. This is definitely a product for someone well used to anal play. Having that extra bump on the shaft does make a big difference and could be very pleasurable, again, if you’re used to size and girth. The toy is very well crafted and smooth to the touch. Ride that double pump to pleasure with water based lube only! Silicon makes PVC unhappy. Quick and easy to clean, always important for that*ahem* sensitive area. The toy has a very nice weight to it and stands perfectly still on it’s fat base.

Amber and cobalt glass bottles with droppers

These glass bottles are perfect for liquid and oil storage uses. I bought them in both amber and cobalt, I prefer colored glass over clear, because then sunlight isn’t going to kill my precious oils and tinctures. You can use them for own homemade infusions and tinctures, or even rebottle other oils in less convenient packaging. I had a bottle of rose hip oil with one of those tops that lets a drop out at a time? SO annoying. Rebottled it, and now it’s still protected (you’ll notice professional companies use colored glass for the same reasons) and just needs a pretty label to finish it up, and it’s so much more convenient to use. These are very thick, well made glass bottles. The droppers and squeeze tops are well put together. All in all, these are quality glass bottles with numerous uses.
